At Nightmistk, we want your order to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. Below you will find how we process and ship orders.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods, such as holidays or sale events, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days. These times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by things outside our control, including:

• Carrier delays.

• Bank holidays and public holidays.

• Severe weather.

• Unforeseen logistical problems.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs depend on the delivery option you choose and are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking

When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking information where it is available, so you can follow your parcel.

Orders with Several Items

If your order has several items, they may be sent in separate parcels and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra delivery for this.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please check your delivery address carefully before you place your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details entered at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at info@nightmistk.com as soon as possible, ideally with a photo of the parcel and its contents, so we can work with the carrier to resolve it. Your statutory rights are not affected.
